The
following are some of the projects we worked on:
[RoHS
Conversion of medical device instruments]
- Completed the RoHS
conversion of hundreds of electronic components
which included documentation and drawing revision.
[A
Blood analyzer with robotics arms and several electromechanical assemblies] -
Managed the technology transfer of the
instrument's electronics and prepared it for
manufacturing in the US after its acquisition from
a German company. The instrument included 42
printed circuit boards and several
electromechanical sub-assemblies.
[A medical instrument for the measurement of
Intracranial Pressure] - This monitor required some major re-design
to comply with UL/TUV requirements. In addition,
a new outsourcing partner was selected to
manufacture the Printed Circuit Board
Assemblies.
[A Fiberoptic Based Intracranial monitoring
Device] - Complete system design and testing
including the development of the Optics Block,
electronics and the interface.
[Automatic Defibrillator]
- Design of the control circuitry including FPGA
design and verification.
